Hockey Accomplishments
9th Grade Season
Avery scored her first career goals in the Lightning junior varsity’s rout of Oakdale.
Avery recorded her first career points for the junior varsity with two assists in Upper Montgomery’s Win over Urbana. She recorded her second career two point game with two assists in the Lightning’s shutout of the DC Stars.
Avery was a key member of the junior varsity’s penalty kill unit that went a perfect 27-27 with a goalie in net.
Outside of High School Hockey
Avery plays defense for the Montgomery Youth Hockey Association Ice Devils 19U AA travel team after graduating from the 16U AA level.
