Hockey Accomplishments
Junior Season
Ryan was a member of the 2023 – 2024 Upper Montgomery Lightning Montgomery Hockey Conference Varsity Tournament Champions.
Ryan scored four goals in six games before a lower body injury ended his season.
Ryan had a four game goal streak early in the season.
Ryan had a goal and added an assist against Mount St. Joseph.
Ryan had a goal and added an assist in Upper Montgomery’s win against 2nd ranked Walter Johnson.
Sophomore Season
Ryan set a personal career high with twelve goals. The twelve goals were second on the team.
Ryan had five different games where he scored two goals or more. He averaged 1.2 goals per game.
Ryan scored a hat-trick helping the Lightning to their first ever win against Wootton.
Ryan led Upper Montgomery with three shorthanded goals.
Ryan’s sixteen points were third on the team.
9th Grade Season
Ryan was second on the team in points, (tied for the team lead in points by a 9th grade student athlete) with seventeen.
Ryan had two goal games against the DC Stars and Sherwood.
Ryan had three separate three point games in his first varsity season.
Ryan set a career high with four points against Blair.
Against Blair, Ryan scored his first career goal in his second career high school varsity game.
Outside of High School Hockey
Ryan is a forward on the Potomac Patriots 18U AAA travel team advancing up from the Patriots 16U AAA travel team. Prior to joining the Patriots hockey club, Ryan played on Team Maryland’s 15U AAA travel team. Before joining Team Maryland, Ryan played on the Tri-City Eagles 14U AA travel team.
Ryan plays lacrosse for Seneca Valley High School.
