Hockey Accomplishments
Junior Season
TJ set a personal career high for the junior varsity with eleven goals and sixteen points in his junior season. Both personal career highs were one away from the Upper Montgomery junior varsity records.
TJ is the all time leader in points scored in Upper Montgomery junior varsity history with 32 points.
TJ is second all time for the Lightning junior varsity in goals with sixteen and in assists also with sixteen.
TJ tied for the team lead for the junior varsity in goals with eleven.
TJ tied for the team lead for the junior varsity in game winning goals with three.
TJ scored a hat-trick to help the Upper Montgomery junior varsity complete an undefeated season by winning against Blair.
TJ scored two goals for the junior varsity in Upper Montgomery’s shutout win over Northwest / Quince Orchard.
TJ scored the game winning goal for the Lightning junior varsity late in the third period and added an assist in the Lightning’s win over Richard Montgomery.
TJ scored two goals for the Upper Montgomery junior varsity in tie against Churchill.
TJ scored two goals and added two assists for a four point game in the Lightning junior varsity’s rout of Oakdale.
TJ was awarded the Maurice Richard Award for most goals scored for the Lightning junior varsity.
TJ was awarded the Art Ross Award for most points scored for the Lightning junior varsity.
Sophomore Season
TJ scored the first hat-trick in the history of the junior varsity program when he tallied three times against Churchill.
TJ’s five points against Churchill, three goals and two assists, were also a junior varsity program record at the time.
TJ set a personal career high in goals with four.
TJ tied the junior varsity program record for assists in a season and he set a personal career high in assists with nine.
TJ set a personal career high in points with thirteen.
TJ scored points in a junior varsity record seven straight games.
9th Grade Season
TJ was a key member of the 2021 – 2022 Upper Montgomery Lightning Montgomery Hockey Conference Junior Varsity Champions.
TJ’s first career high school goal was the infamous “off the back goal” scored against Rockville/Blair in the team’s Montgomery Hockey Conference Junior Varsity Semifinal victory.
TJ played in 11 games for the junior varsity during his 9th grade season notching his first career point, an assist against Glenelg.
Outside of High School Hockey
TJ wrestles and runs cross country for Damascus High School.
