Hockey Accomplishments
Junior Season
Jason was an alternate captain for the junior varsity program.
Jason appeared in varsity games for the first time as a junior, skating in four games.
Jason led the Lightning junior varsity in penalty minutes with 29.
Sophomore Season
Jason set personal career highs for the Lightning junior varsity with four assists and five points.
Jason had three assists in Upper Montgomery’s victory over Oakdale. It was his first career multi-point game and also a career high for in points in a game.
Jason scored in the junior varsity’s season opening victory over Whitman.
9th Grade Season
Jason scored his first career high school goal for the junior varsity against BCC.
Jason scored the game winning goal for the junior varsity in Upper Montgomery’s rout of Churchill.
Outside of High School Hockey
Jason plays defense in the Montgomery Youth Hockey League 18U House program. Prior to joining the Montgomery Youth Hockey League, Jason played forward for the Frederick Victory 18U House travel team which competes in the Chesapeake Bay Hockey League. Prior to reaching the 18U division, Jason played for the Victory 14U team.
Jason is active in scouting, having ascended to a leadership position as an Eagle Scout. He has earned numerous awards for his environmental action, life saving skills, and civic duties in the Poolesville community.
